Insurance: Routine claim paperwork is included.

Direct claims, or claims needing extensive extra work, may incur an admin fee of £25, agreed with you in advance. Any excess, or anything your insurer doesn't pay, remains payable by you. Cover for complementary treatment varies, so please check with your insurer before treatment.

Not included:  prescription medicines, and external lab or specialist services.

We prescribe complementary treatments only. Conventional medicines stay with your usual vet, unless they specifically ask us to prescribe.

Primary and out-of-hours care: We provide complementary care only. Your usual vet remains responsible for routine, emergency and out-of-hours care. In an emergency, contact your usual practice or its out-of-hours provider.
