Integrated veterinary medicine

There is no need for a distinction between conventional and complementary medicine. There is only appropriate and inappropriate medicine based on the individual patient’s needs. I am a fully qualified vet specialising in complementary treatments including chiropractic care, acupuncture, physiotherapy advice, herbal medicine and nutrition. I work alongside first line vets, combining conventional and complementary approaches to provide truly integrated care that maximises the health and well-being of our patients.

Complementary treatments may be particularly beneficial when the normal processes of the body are malfunctioning, for instance with autoimmune, inflammatory and degenerative diseases. They can also help to ameliorate the side effects of some conventional treatments, and facilitate the actions of others.  I offer complementary veterinary medicine in Bath, Corsham and Wincanton. If you are registered at another practice I can only see your pet after referral from your first line vet. Please email me if you would like a referral form.

Please note I am a referral only vet. Your first line vet remains your primary care provider and your out of hours provider. In the event of an emergency please contact your first line vet.
